For the final flexlab in EDU 210, we were asked to explore and use screencasting tools to help us explain which Maker Movement technology that we interacted with during our mini conference on June 9th.

In the mini conference, our class had the pleasure of learning how to use differing technology tools through exploration and creation with the tools. This conference was designed to introduce us to implementation of Maker projects in classrooms to help our future students grasp concepts in a more engaging and interesting fashion, that promotes the development of problem solving skills, imagination, and creation.

During the mini conference, each group was given the opportunity to play with some of the Maker technologies. Using the Screencast-O-Matic screencasting tool, I describe one of these technologies and its potential use in the classroom in detail. Check out my video below!
